Confidentiality
GERARD are aware that confidentiality is an important aspect of outsourcing work. You will note that few company names are referred to on this site. This is due to reasons of confidentiality, rather than GERARD trying to hide their client base.
If GERARD do work for you, they will only talk to your clients with your express permission - usually because you ask for it. You will be copied in on any correspondence (e.g. emails) sent. You can be assured that GERARD will not go behind your back and use your contacts for GERARD's advantage by, for example, doing work for them that you are not aware of.
